कोहरे के कारण दिल्ली-लखनऊ हाईवे पर सिंभावली थाना क्षेत्र स्थित सिखेड़ा गांव के पास रविवार सुबह कोहरे के चलते हुए हादसे में एक बाइक समेत कई वाहन टकरा गए। हादसे में बाइक सवार पिता पुत्र ही घायल हुए हैं, जबकि एक बड़ा हादसा होने से टल गया।
घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। एक साथ कई वाहन टकराने से हाईवे पर लंबा जाम लग गया। काफी मशक्कत से एक घंटे बाद पुलिस ने सड़क से क्षतिग्रस्त वाहनों को हटवाकर आवागमन को फिर से सुचारु कराया।

सिंभावली थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत गांव सिखेड़ा के निकट हाइवे पर अत्यधिक कोहरा होने के कारण एक के बाद एक कुल आठ कार एक-एक कर भिड़ते चले गए। इसी दौरान पीछे से एक बाइक सवार भी कार से आकर टकरा गया। जिससे सड़क पर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त वाहनों की कतार लग गई। बीच सड़क पर वाहनों के भिड़ने से जाम लग गया। हादसे की सूचना पर थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक शीलेष कुमार दलबल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे।
क्षतिग्रस्त वाहनों को हाईवे से हटवाया गया
थानाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि हादसे में जिला अमरोहा के मंडी धनौरा के रहने वाले पिता पुत्र फारुख ओर फईम हल्की फुल्की चोटें आईं हैं। दोनों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। सड़क से वाहनों को हटवा दिया गया है। आवागमन पूरी तरह से सामान्य हो गया है। वाहन दुर्घटना के चलते क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं। जिन्हें हाइवे से हटवाकर आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
