शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप आबकारी आयुक्त महोदय एवं जिलाधिकारी महोदया हापुड़ के विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान के आदेश क्रम में तथा जिला आबकारी अधिकारी हापुड़ पर्यवेक्षण मे दिनांक 18.09.2023 को कृत प्रवर्तन कार्य-
1-वीo केo सिंह आबकारी निरीक्षक क्षेत्र 3 मय स्टाफ द्वारा आज अपराध निरोधक क्षेत्र धौलाना में सिखेडा मॉड पिलखुवा देशी/विदेशी/बियर/ NH-B मॉडल शॉप/ शराब दुकानों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उपस्थित ग्राहको से O/R बाबत पूछताछ की गयी, सभी ने सही मूल्य पर बिक्री होना बताया और साथ ही स्टॉक सत्यापन किया गया। रेन्डमली रुप से दुकान में रखे पौवों,वियर केन, बोतलों के क्यू आर कोड की जांच की गई सही भरे पाए गए।तथा दौरान निरीक्षण विक्रेताओं को निर्देशित किया गया कि शत प्रतिशत पॉस मशीन से ही बिक्री की जाये 2-प्रियंका गुप्ता आबकारी निरीक्षक क्षेत्र 2 मय आबकारी स्टाफ द्वारा आज अनुपूर डिबाइ, देशी/विदेशी/बीयर, शरीकपुर बुकलाना, सिखेडा देशी शराब दुकानों का गोपनीय रूप से टेस्ट परचेज कराई गई। विक्रेता द्वारा सही मूल्य पर बिक्री करते पाया गया।आकस्मिक रुप से दुकान में रखे पौवो, बोतलो के क्यू आर कोड की जांच की गई सही पाया गया। इसके अलावा आबकारी निरीक्षक प्रियंका गुप्ता द्वारा स्टाफ के साथ थाना क्षेत्र बाबूगढ़ के अंतर्गत ग्राम उपैडा में दबिश दी गई। दबिश के दौरान एक अभियुक्त के घर से 50 पोवे मिस इंडिया देशी शराब कुल मात्रा 10लीटर बरामद हुई। अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध आबकारी अधिनियम में अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया। वैध शराब की बिक्री व अवैध शराब पर रोकथाम लगाने हेतु इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई लगातार जारी रहेगी।
