आज दिनांक 18.09.2023 को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार कक्ष में जिलाधिकारी महोदया हापुड़ की अध्यक्षता में जिला सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक आहूत की गयी, जिसमें श्री रमेश कुमार चौबे, सहायक सम्भागीय परिवहन अधिकारी (प्रवर्तन) हापुड़, डा० राकेश कुमार, अपर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी, आशुतोष कुमार उपाध्याय यात्री / मालकर अधिकारी हापुड़, श्रीमती स्तुति सिंह, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (यातायात) हापुड़, श्री नरेश कुमार, अधिशासी अभियंता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, प्रतिनिधि बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी, हापुड़ एवं सहायक अभियन्ता, एन०एच०ए०आई० गाजियाबाद, मेरठ, मुरादाबाद तथा सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित रहे । सहायक सम्भागीय परिवहन अधिकारी (प्रवर्तन) हापुड़ द्वारा बैठक एजेण्डा के अनुसार बिन्दुवार कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ की गयी जिसमें उपस्थित अधिकारियों, परिवहन व्यवसायी एवं सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्य द्वारा प्रस्तुत विचार पर विचार विमर्श किया गया तथा जिलाधिकारी महोदया हापुड़ द्वारा एन०एच०ए०आई० अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि दुर्घटना रोकने के उपाय पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही की जाये, जिसके सम्बन्ध में एक कमेटी गठित कर चिन्हित ब्लैक स्पॉट पर सुधारीकरण की कार्यवाही हेतु प्राप्त दिशा निर्देश के अनुसार सुधारीकरण की कार्यवाही करते हुए एक सप्ताह में आख्या प्रेषित की जाये तथा स्कूली वाहन नियमानुसार दिये गये मानक के अनुसार संचालित करने हेतु विशेष कार्यवाही की जाये तथा यह सुनिश्चित किया जाये सभी स्कूली वाहन मानक के अनुरूप ही संचालित हों। हापुड़ की सीमा में 04 स्थान पर गतिमापक संयंत्र लगाये जायें, सभी सम्बन्धित बिन्दुओं पर एवं समिति की प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के अनुसार कार्यवाही पूर्ण करते हुए सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों द्वारा आख्या प्राप्त कर प्रस्तुत की जाये ।
