हापुड़ की कोतवाली क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत मोहल्ला अर्जुन नगर निवासी रिटायर्ड बैंक मैनेजर से प्लाट दिलाने के नाम पर 73 लाख रुपये ठग लिए। रुपये मांगने पर उन्हें हत्या की धमकी दी। पीड़ित ने मामले की शिकायत एसपी से की। एसपी के आदेश पर पुलिस ने तीन लोगों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है।
जानकारी के अनुसार अर्जुन नगर निवासी राजेश कुमार तेवतिया की कुछ समय पहले मुलाकात थाना देहात क्षेत्र के जरोठी रोड गीता कॉलोनी निवासी वरुण कौशिक से हुई थी। वरुण कौशिक संपत्ति की खरीद फरोख्त का काम करता है। जरोठी रोड पर उसने एक प्लॉट दिखाया था। जिसके बाद दोनों के बीच प्लाट का सौदा हो गया। बयान के तौर पर पीड़ित ने उसे छह लाख रुपये दे दिए थे।
आरोपी ने प्लॉट का फर्जी समझौता पत्र तैयार कराया
आरोपी ने प्लॉट का फर्जी समझौता पत्र तैयार कर दिया था। जबकि प्लाट के मालिक संजीव गर्ग का काफी समय पहले देहांत हो चुका है। इसके बाद भी आरोपी ने कुछ और प्लाट दिलाने के नाम पर उससे करीब 73 लाख रुपये ठग लिए।
रुपए देने से कर दिया इंकार
पीड़ित ने बताया कि मामले में गीता कालोनी के वरुण कौशिक, गौरव और सुभाष नगर के ललित ने मिलकर उससे रुपए हड़प लिए। इसके बाद उन्होंने अपने रुपए वापिस मांगे। जिस पर उन्होंने रुपए देने से इंकार कर दिया। साथ ही हत्या की धमकी दी। इस पर पीड़ित ने मामले की शिकायत पुलिस से की। एसपी के आदेश पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।
एसपी अभिषेक वर्मा ने बताया कि पीड़ित की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। जांच पड़ताल कर अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
